FreshWindow Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy applies to FreshWindow for iPhone.

Data You Enter

Food names, storage zones, opened dates, freshness days, notes, and finished state are saved on your device. FreshWindow does not upload these records through its food tracking features.

Local Storage

The app stores food records in a local JSON file. It also uses local settings storage for app state and Keychain for a device identifier used by app safety checks.

Network And Basic Information

The app may process device identifier, app version, device type, system version, and request time for app operation, basic statistics, troubleshooting, and safety maintenance. Food records are not included in those requests.

Third-Party Services

FreshWindow does not include advertising networks, analytics for cross-app tracking, or account services.

Use, Sharing, And Retention

Local food records are used to show your freshness calendar. They remain on your device until you delete items, reset starter data, or remove the app. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

Your Choices

You can edit or delete items, reset starter data, copy a JSON backup when you choose, or remove the app to delete local records.

Children

FreshWindow is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Security

Data stored on your device is protected by iOS device security. Keep your device passcode enabled.

Changes

We may update this policy when FreshWindow changes. The updated date will be revised.
